Alex Case is a Senior Associate in the Construction division of AION Partners. Alex is actively involved in the acquisition due diligence process and planning/execution of the firm’s value-add business plans. Alex has been a member of AION Partners since 2016.

Prior to joining AION Partners, Alex was a Project Manager at AECOM for 5 years. While at AECOM, Alex’s team built a regional CAPX program for TIAA CREF for their east coast portfolio of real estate assets. Alex was responsible for managing all purchasing / cost tracking within the program and managing all CAPX in one of TIAA CREF’s top assets in New York. During his tenure at AECOM, Alex was involved in deploying over $100 million of capital improvements.

Mr. Case received his Real Estate Finance and Development certificate from NYU and his BS in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park. Alex is actively involved with Make a Wish Metro New York where he is currently a member of the Junior Board and a Wish Granter.
